These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chace Leads website and services. By accessing our website, submitting a form, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Chace Leads ("we," "us," or "our") is a Utah-based lead generation service that connects roofing contractors with qualified homeowners in Salt Lake County and surrounding areas.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages. Message delivery depends on carrier services and network conditions outside of our control. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from carrier-related issues, including message delays, failures, or service interruptions. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier's plan and are your responsibility.
Chace Leads delivers homeowner leads to participating roofing contractors. A "lead" is contact information for a homeowner in our service area who has expressed interest in roofing services. We do not perform roofing work ourselves and are not party to any agreement between you and a homeowner.
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be authorized to enter into a business agreement on behalf of your roofing company
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
New customers may be eligible to receive their first qualified lead at no charge. A "qualified lead" is a homeowner in our service area who has confirmed interest in roofing services and has been contacted by us within the timeframe stated on our website. The first-lead offer is limited to one per business and is subject to availability in your service area.
Chace Leads operates on a pay-per-lead basis. You pay only for leads we deliver. There are no monthly fees, no long-term contracts, and no subscription commitments. Pricing per lead will be communicated to you before you accept any paid leads.
We do not resell the same lead to multiple contractors. Each lead is delivered to one contractor in the relevant service area. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure exclusivity but cannot guarantee a homeowner has not contacted another contractor independently.
We pre-qualify leads to the best of our ability based on the homeowner's stated interest, timeline, and contact information. If you receive a lead that is clearly invalid (e.g., fake contact info, homeowner outside your service area, or homeowner not seeking roofing work), you may dispute the lead within 48 hours of receipt by emailing [email protected]. Approved disputes will result in a replacement lead or credit, at our discretion. Disputes are reviewed in good faith but Chace Leads makes the final determination.
As a customer, you agree to:
Contact leads promptly and professionally
Comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and consumer protection laws, when communicating with homeowners
Not share, resell, or transfer leads to third parties
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
Maintain valid business licensing, insurance, and any required certifications for the roofing services you provide
We provide leads. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a closed sale, signed contract, or completed project. Your success depends on your sales process, pricing, responsiveness, and the quality of your services — factors outside our control.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Chace Leads, including lead notifications and service-related updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Chace Leads or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without our written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all leads will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chace Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business, or lost goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Chace Leads harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your communications with homeowners, your performance of roofing services, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms homeowners or our reputation. You may stop using our services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects when changes were made. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
